info: Gai lan is a leafy green. It is also known as Chinese Broccoli and has a sweet flavor similar to broccoli. A good source of vitamins A and C, and potassium. storage: Wrapped unwashed in a loose dampened paper towel and refrigerate. Will keep for up to one week.
preparation: Wash in cold water. Trim off any yellow leaves and stem ends. Chop to desired size/consistency.
Treat as you would any leafy green: saute, stir-fry, steam, or boil.
