storage:
Wrap loosely in paper towels & store in refrigerator crisper drawer for up to 3-4 days.

preparation: Wash in cold water.

Trim off stem ends. Chop leaves to desired size/consistency.

Can be eaten raw in salads. To cook, treat as you would any leafy green: sauté, stir-fry, steam, or boil.
