info: Tatsoi is a leafy green vegetable, similar to mizuna. It has a delicate flavor and a smooth texture. A good source of vitamins A, C, and K, as well as calcium, potassium, and iron. storage: Wrap loosely in paper towels and store in refrigerator crisper drawer. Will keep for 2-3 days.
preparation: Wash well in cold water. Trim roots. Chop or tear leaves to desired size/consistency.
Tatsoi is usually eaten raw in salads and on sandwiches.
You can steam, saute or stir-fry tatsoi. It also makes a nice addition to soups (add right near the end of the recipe).
